1) How do I book my travel?
a) You can book you travel by online transfer or by depositing the cash in our bank. For cash deposits and online transfers done before 12 PM booking confirmation by mail will be sent on the same day. For cash deposits and online transfers done after 12 PM booking confirmation by mail will be sent on the next day before 12 PM.
2) Will you be able to book our Rail/ Air / Bus Tickets?
a) Yes. Through our third party vendors. We are not authorized agents of any Rail / Air/ or Bus operators. Your ticket confirmation is subject to availability.
3) What is the Check-in and Check-out time of the Hotels?
a) Check in is 12 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless otherwise is specified as a different time
4) What is the Refund Policy?
a) We will refund your complete amount including the facilitation charges if you are not able to confirm your booking within 24 hours.
